Job summary

875 Damen Cargo Vessels B.V. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Project Manager (40 hours) to oversee project progress, execution and financial results. You will coordinate engineering activities, production planning and delivery schedules for customers worldwide.

You will lead project teams, maintain oversight, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards, using strong Dutch and English communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in Maritime Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical/industrial settings.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute a project from design to delivery.
• Maintain oversight and raise flags when gaps appear in the project.
• Create, monitor and update project and detail production schedules with coordinators and contractors.
• Regularly consult with client and team on progress and status.
• Provide functional leadership to project team for effective and compliant work.
