Job summary

Radio Holland in Rotterdam is seeking a Service Engineer to execute on-site service jobs on vessels, ensuring reliable operation of maritime communication and navigation systems. You will maintain, troubleshoot and document service activities, adhering to safety, quality and customer service standards within the Deepsea Department.

The role reports to the Technical Service Team Lead and requires travel and constant updating of technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or electronics.
• Experience in a technical or field service environment.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute service jobs on vessels as directed by the Service Coordinator or Scheduler.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize maritime communication and navigation systems.
• Prepare accurate service reports according to Radio Holland standards.
• Document services performed, materials used and technical findings clearly.
• Follow QHSE principles, policies and regulations during all service activities.
• Keep technical knowledge up to date by reviewing technical bulletins and manuals.
