Job summary

Radio Holland is seeking a Project Manager to oversee maritime projects from initiation through delivery and warranty, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and alignment with contractual, quality, safety and ethical standards.

You will coordinate resources, materials and progress, working with colleagues across Projects, Sales Engineers, Business Development, Service, Warehouse and other operations to deliver reliable results and foster strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing projects in a technical/engineering environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources and select team members based on assignment needs.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress and manage risks.
• Define material requirements and prepare procurement orders.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage aftersales activities during warranty period.
