Job summary

Akira Energy is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to manage day-to-day crew planning, travel arrangements and crew changes across vessels and projects. The role connects crew members with clients, vessels and internal teams in a dynamic international setting.

You will coordinate schedules, bookings and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations and timely mobilisations across national and international projects. A maritime background and STCW knowledge are advantageous, with a practical, proactive

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English for international crew and clients.
• Full-time availability and reliable planning abilities.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for workload.
• Calm, proactive teamwork across a close-knit group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day crew planning, travel arrangements and crew changes.
• Act as a link between crew, clients, vessels and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and update crew schedules and rotations.
• Book international and domestic flights for crew members.
• Arrange trains, taxis, hotels and other transport.
• Ensure crew arrive at the correct location and time and maintain records.
