Job summary

AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Service Coordinator to own the end-to-end process for global service requests from initial intake to invoicing. You will coordinate engineers, clients, and logistics, ensuring timely, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and proactive problem solving, with a rotating weekend on-call schedule that is compensated. An engaging growth path exists within our global marine services team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and engineers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive problem solving under changing schedules.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming service requests and dispatch engineers, monitor field execution and wrap up administrative tasks including invoices.
• Create engineer schedules, coordinate subcontractor support, and manage travel and safety logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and engineers, ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Monitor budget execution and handle warranty or service claims; contribute to regional commercial success.
• Participate in rotating weekend standby and handle emergency requests, with on-call compensation.
