Job summary

AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Service Coordinator to own the end-to-end handling of global service requests, from intake to invoicing. You will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and work across borders to keep vessels operational around the world.

Based in the Netherlands, you will manage schedules, travel logistics, budgets and customer communications while contributing to the commercial success of your region. Weekend standby duties are rotation-based and accompanied by on-call compensation.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming service requests, dispatch service engineers, monitor field execution, and ensure accurate admin and invoicing.
• Create optimal engineer schedules, coordinate subcontractor support, and manage travel and safety logistics.
• Act as primary contact for clients and service engineers, keeping stakeholders aligned with clear communication.
• Monitor budget execution, handle warranty or service claims, and contribute to regional commercial success.
• Participate in rotating weekend stand-by schedule to handle emergencies and be the point of contact with engineers.
