Job summary

Prefound is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to ensure offshore projects have qualified personnel available on time. You will plan and coordinate crews, bring in freelancers when needed, and arrange travel and accommodations.

You will maintain personnel data, verify certifications, and report on competencies and training needs. You will work according to safety and quality standards (VCA, ISO, QHSE) and support tenders with staffing information for international offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience in crewing, personnel planning or a similar role.
• Excellent administrative skills and meticulous working style.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate crews to ensure offshore projects have qualified staff at the right time.
• Engage freelancers when needed and arrange travel and accommodation.
• Keep personnel and project records up to date and monitor certifications and qualifications.
• Coordinate with agencies and subcontractors on hours and payments and check crew invoices.
• Support tenders with up-to-date personnel information and report on competencies and training needs.
• Adhere to VCA, ISO and QHSE guidelines for safety and quality.
• Ensure offshore professionals are prepared for deployment on international projects.
