DCN Diving is seeking a hands-on logistics/project planning professional in the Netherlands to coordinate personnel planning, travel arrangements, and on-site operations for diverse offshore projects. The role emphasizes compliance, budgeting, and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• MBO level of education, preferably in logistics or project planning.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Planning & coordination: manage personnel planning and capacity scheduling and resolve conflicts.
• Crew logistics: organize travel, transportation and accommodation for project personnel worldwide.
• Communication: liaise with authorities, clients, colleagues and project teams to stay aligned.
• Certification & compliance: maintain a competency matrix and manage staff certifications.
• Administration & invoicing: review working hours and travel expenses, prepare purchase orders, and approve invoices for temporary personnel.
• Variety: handle daily inshore operations and large international offshore projects.
• Responsibility: play a key role in keeping projects and people running smoothly.
