Job summary

Quantum Cyber Analytics (QCA) seeks a Managing Director to lead its transition from startup to scale-up, accelerate international growth, and drive profitable expansion. You will own the strategic direction, commercial performance, and scaling of a SaaS platform integrating NIS2 and DORA regulatory requirements.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on business development, coordinating with stakeholders and tech teams to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business leadership, commercial growth, or scaling early-stage companies.
• Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity compliance frameworks, particularly NIS2 and DORA.
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance technology, or related B2B technology markets.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate strategy into measurable results.
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach, and strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QCA’s growth strategy, guiding the company through its transition from startup to scale-up.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish clear commercial priorities and measurable business objectives.
• Lead international business development, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Develop scalable commercial processes and strengthen QCA’s market positioning.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align the platform with evolving customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance QCA’s competitive positioning and product offering.
• Ensure product development remains aligned with commercial objectives and market demand.
• Oversee business operations, financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Establish sustainable operating models and drive profitability and long-term value creation.
• Build and lead teams as the business expands.
