Job summary

DPO-ONE is seeking a Managing Director with an entrepreneurial vision to steer the company from startup to scale-up, accelerating sales growth and strengthening market position in the privacy compliance SaaS space.

You will lead international expansion, build partnerships, and shape product development while taking equity through a Management Buy-In. This is a high-impact, co-ownership role for a proven leader ready to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership through scale-up journeys and growth-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and profitable product development.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch/Portuguese are beneficial.
• Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as a leading privacy SaaS.
• Lead sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives to enter new markets and deepen client relationships.
• Oversee product development to meet international market needs and compliance requirements.
• Drive international expansion and partnerships across markets and sectors.
• Ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth at the company level.
