The successful candidate will engage customers with product insights, drive up-selling and cross-selling, and maintain store presentation according to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and selling techniques
• Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to monitor industry trends and understand local market (online and offline)
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
• Strong team player

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks, contributing to store targets and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the sales process by providing product insights, recommending items, and applying up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships within the Golden Family using omnichannel tools to provide updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation with visual displays and adherence to brand image and standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
