Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam seeks a passionate Sales Associate to join our boutique. You will present iconic Cartier creations, drive sales through clienteling, and deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Based at Cartier Amsterdam – P.C. Hoofstraat, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues and contribute to long-term success in luxury retail. Weekend availability and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches.
• Proficient in English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous, organized and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and after-sales service.
• Drive sales and nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads.
• Uphold boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure.
• Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities.
• Weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays.

How will you make an impact?

• You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
• You will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
• You will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure
• You will participate to off-site events and clienteling activities
• You will be on working on weekends (every Saturdays and Sundays)

How will you experience success with us?

• You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• You have solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches
• You have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clients
• You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused
