Job summary

Cartier Amsterdam boutique seeks a passionate Sales Associate to uphold luxury standards and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will present iconic Cartier creations and build lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.

Based in the store, you will contribute to a high-performing team with meticulous service, strong communication, and a proactive approach to clienteling and after-sales care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fine Jewellery/Watches
• Solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches
• Excellent interpersonal competences to develop a network of loyal clients
• Meticulous, highly client focused and organized
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
• Drive sales and act as a role model, nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
• Uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure
