Qualifications

• Fluent English is required, Dutch is a plus.
• 1–3 years in luxury retail is preferred.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good awareness of local market (online and offline) and industry trends.
• Flexible to evolving business needs and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting dream looks.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and foster omnichannel engagement.
• Contribute to store presentation and brand image, upholding standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore) to enhance engagement.
