Job summary

De L’Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Spa Employee to help run our luxury spa day-to-day. You will manage bookings, welcome guests, and coordinate with therapists and trainees to ensure a seamless guest experience in a five‑star setting.

You will also assist in reception duties, promote Biologique Recherche products after training, and maintain impeccable hygiene and service standards across the spa environment. Weekend availability is preferred in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• Confident managing bookings and scheduling in a busy setting.
• Warm, attentive host with professional communication.
• Willing to learn and improve; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa bookings and scheduling; ensure smooth operations.
• Welcome guests at reception and provide facility information.
• Support spa trainees and colleagues; guide performance.
• Present and sell Biologique Recherche products after training.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness; assist with admin tasks.
