Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium in Amsterdam is seeking a Spa Concierge to join the Akasha Spa team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised service.

The role requires at least one year of concierge/receptionist experience in a luxury spa, strong English skills, and knowledge of reservations software. A Dutch language skill is a plus. You will work on a rotating 38-hour week with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a Concierge/Receptionist in a Spa, luxury setting.
• Excellent proficiency in English (Dutch a plus).
• Proficiency with reservations software and IT systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to personalised service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth flow of the guest's journey throughout their spa stay.
• Proactively greet, interact, and assist guests professionally.
• Organise appointment scheduling to maximise time and profitability while prioritising guests' needs.
• Interact courteously to answer spa and hotel questions.
• Complete daily briefings and inform the spa team of updates.
• Understand all spa treatments and packages offered.
