Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a General Accountant to support daily accounting operations for a luxury hotel. You will ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, assist with month-end close, and support tax compliance in the Dutch regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in general accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Fluent in Dutch with professional English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and accuracy skills.
• Experience with accounting and finance systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily general accounting records for the hotel.
• Manage cash, bank accounts, and regular reconciliations.
• Record and monitor fixed assets and asset-related transactions.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with VAT returns and collaboration with tax authorities as needed.
• Prepare journal entries and support internal/external audits.
