Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Finance team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on revenue postings, invoicing, aging reports and collection activities to ensure timely settlements.

You will reconcile sub-ledgers, support month-end close and collaborate with front office and sales to manage billing requirements. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and 1–2 years of experience in hospitality are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and reconcile daily revenue postings from PMS and POS systems
• Prepare aging reports and proactively manage overdue balances
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities including revenue and receivable reconciliations
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Sales, Wellness, F&B and other departments regarding billing requirements and account settlements
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Supervisor or Assistant Financial Controller
