Carrière Uitzendbureau in The Hague seeks a General Accountant to manage the general ledgers, supplier and contract databases, and accounts payable processes within an international team.

You will support month-end closing, forecasting, cash management, and assist with a new ERP implementation while collaborating with colleagues in Tanzania, Uganda, and the United Kingdom. The role offers a hybrid work model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Administration, or a related field.
• No minimum work experience required.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Over de vacature:

As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the general ledgers, maintaining the supplier and contract database, and overseeing the accounts payable administration. You ensure that all processes comply with company guidelines and work closely with colleagues from Tanzania, Uganda, and the United Kingdom to facilitate smooth information flow. You will also support the monthly accounting close, help keep the Forecast and Cash Management up to date, and assist with the implementation of a new ERP system. You will work in a modern office in The Hague, with flexible working hours and a committed team.

• Manage the general ledger administration
• Maintain the supplier and contract database
• Oversee the accounts payable procedure
• Contribute to month-end closing and reporting

  You will work between 32 and 38 hours per week, mostly during regular office hours.
