Job summary

Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to lead operational processes and act as the frontline troubleshooter in the Front Office.

You will rotate across shifts, supervise colleagues, assist VIP guests, and help develop the Duty Manual to improve services. The role offers 38 hours per week in Amsterdam with a salary according to the Hospitality CLAA wage table, a 1-year contract, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed MHS/HHS education.
• MEWS experience is a plus.
• BHV diploma and knowledge of Social Hygiene.
• Skilled in Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooter in Front Office, supervising and handling emergencies.
• Assist multiple departments and address guest complaints.
• Develop and improve the Duty Manual with the team.
