Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Experience as Desk Manager/Shift Leader/Supervisor is an advantage.
• Able to set priorities and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for international guests from check-in to check-out.
• Lead front desk operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Mentor and support reception team to uphold NH Collection standards.
