You bring at least 2 years of Front Office leadership experience, ideally in a busy hotel environment.
You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate and empower your team.
You remain calm under pressure, tackle challenges with confidence and turn stress into structure.
You bring a commercial mindset, using your creativity to support revenue goals and enhance the guest journey.
You lead by example, enjoy collaboration and are always looking for opportunities to grow.
You speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus.
Salary range mentioned is monthly gross and for employees aged 20 and over.
Travel allowance for commuting distances of 10 kilometres or more.
Overtime can either be paid out or converted into additional time off.
