Job summary

De L’Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Events to lead the service team during banquets, meetings and private dinners. You will ensure flawless execution from setup to breakdown, maintain high hospitality standards, and collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and the Events office.

You bring 3+ years in F&B, a supervisory background, and a passion for guest-centric service in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably in luxury hotel settings.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior service role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor service, supervise the service team and set the example.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and Events office for flawless timing.
• Anticipate needs and manage last‑minute changes calmly.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and presentation standards throughout events.
