De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Housekeeping Team and ensure exceptional standards are maintained throughout the hotel. Your role includes coordinating daily operations, supervising cleaning staff, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel, and holds MBO or HBO level education. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, paying keen attention to detail while motivating your colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping or related field.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
