Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead the daily operation of our restaurant, bar and events spaces. You will ensure smooth service, uphold quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

You will manage the F&B team, coach staff, and coordinate with kitchen and front office to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or F&B.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating skills.
• Excellent service mindset and guest-focused attitude.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the F&B team daily.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences across all outlets.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Monitor service quality per Minor Hotels standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office for seamless service.
• Support events and active meetings organization.
• Handle operational challenges proactively and propose improvements.
