Hotel De L’Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Supervisor for the Lounge and Bars to ensure top-tier service and oversee daily operations, creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will greet and seat guests, manage orders, suggest precise menu pairings, drive the Afternoon Tea concept, lead the team, and partner with the kitchen to fulfill special requests.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in Food & Beverage, 2+ years in a 5-star or fine-dining environment, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage, with 2+ years in a 5-star or high-end dining environment as Chef de Rang (or similar).
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, guest-oriented, and capable of leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations in the Lounge and Bars and ensure top-tier service.
• Greet guests, seat guests, and manage orders with menu recommendations and wine pairings.
• Drive the Afternoon Tea concept and coordinate with kitchen for special requests.
• Lead and support team members, maintaining high standards and hygiene.
• Uphold hotel standards for safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
