Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor degree required.
• 10 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent client service and store performance mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and market trends.
• Take responsibility for the P&L.
• Identify areas of improvement and work with managers on action plans.
• Lead by example to promote client-centric culture and CRM objectives.
• Provide floor leadership to support sales across categories.
• Act as liaison between Head Office and store.
• Be brand ambassador and promote CELINE values.
• Ensure compliance with processes and stock/store planning.
• Coach and develop the store team to improve skills.
