Hotelprofessionals - Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office & Regency Club Lounge Host to be the face of the hotel, delivering personalized experiences from arrival to departure. You will work at the Front Desk and within the exclusive Regency Club Lounge, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Key responsibilities include smooth check-in/check-out, promoting facilities, welcoming Regency Club guests, and providing tailored recommendations while managing lounge access

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office, ideally in a luxury hotel.
Strong English language skills; Dutch is a plus.
Reliable and responsible approach to duties; eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Go above and beyond to create outstanding arrival and departure experiences for guests.
Perform check-in and check-out efficiently while promoting hotel facilities and experiences.
Welcome Regency Club guests with warmth and professional hospitality.
Provide tailored recommendations and assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
Monitor lounge access and ensure only eligible guests enter the Regency Club Lounge.
Set up and maintain food and beverage presentations with high quality standards.
Maintain lounge areas with cleanliness and ambiance; conduct quality checks.
