Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office professional to welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will perform Check-In and Check-Out, upsell services, and act as a true host across luggage porter, concierge, and reception roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office in a luxury hotel.
• Strong English language skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Reliable and responsible with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Going out of your way to give the best arrival and departure experience to our guests.
• Perform Check-In and Check-Out, answer guest queries and upsell services.
• Be the host: luggage porter, concierge, receptionist, day and night.
• Address guest complaints with empathy and seek resolution.
