Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead for Loyalty to drive financial planning, modeling and reporting for loyalty initiatives. You will partner with the Loyalty team and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, storytelling and communication skills, with 8+ years in FP&A, knowledge of loyalty mechanics, and the ability to lead ad hoc projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar business partnering role within Loyalty Programs in Retail, Travel, FMCG or Banking/Credit Cards; prior experience in co-brand credit cards preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to persuade senior leaders
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of loyalty mechanics (breakage, deferred revenue, redemption margins) and related accounting standards

Responsabilités

• Own short- and long-term financial modeling for loyalty initiatives and programs
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for loyalty operations and program funding
• Collaborate across Finance and Business teams to ensure financials reflect operational realities
• Produce business performance packs and clearly explain drivers of variances to senior management
