Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI tools in business analytics.
• Data processing and visualization using Excel, OneStream, SQL, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain processes with stakeholders for financial planning cycles.
• Provide regular, actionable reporting to leadership to promote ownership.
• Create meaningful variance analyses comparing results with comparisons.
• Partner with business units to assess financial impact of decisions.
• Lead projects of large scope with high impact and coach team members.
