Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the FinTech FP&A team. You will partner with business leaders, build forecasts, and drive strategic finance decisions across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in FP&A or similar, strong financial modeling, data visualization skills, and a commercial mindset. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence planning and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI tools for analysis and forecasting.
• Strong commercial mindset and business partnering ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to reconcile multiple data sources.
• Technical proficiency across a broad set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and maintain processes with business stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to BU/department leaders with insights.
• Create meaningful variance analyses comparing results with references.
• Be a proactive business partner using advanced analytics including AI tools.
• Support decision making with reliable financial data and context.
• Engage with stakeholders to set objectives and assess impact.
• Lead complex projects with high scope and impact.
• Coach and develop team members on soft and hard skills.
• Work independently on a variety of topics with limited supervision.
