Booking.com is expanding its FP&A team in Amsterdam and seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the FinTech FP&A pay in/pay out function. You will support forecasting, analysis, and reporting as a strategic advisor to business leaders.

This role reports to the Manager of the FinTech FP&A Pay In/Pay Out team and is based in the Amsterdam office. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive decision making, build robust models, and automate processes while managing complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years in a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI tools in analytics.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
