Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an experienced Loyalty FP&A Lead to drive financial decision making for the Marketplace. Based in Amsterdam, you will provide financial and analytical support, bridge data insights to business decisions, and support planning and forecasting for revenues, expenses and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or related role within Loyalty Programs in Retail, Travel, FMCG or Banking/Credit Cards; prior co-brand card experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of loyalty mechanics and related accounting standards.
• Advanced financial modeling, data visualization and SQL experience.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; able to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset; able to identify solutions and deliver analytics for key decisions.
• Resilience and time management; handle multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive financial models to assess the impact of tier changes, rewards and promotions on profitability and CLTV.
• Lead PIRs on promotions to determine incremental margin impact and ROI.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, plus weekly estimates for loyalty operations and program funding.
• Collaborate with non-finance managers to guide pricing decisions and ensure commercial viability of new features.
• Produce business performance packs, explain drivers of performance and variances to senior management.
