Booking.com is seeking a Financial Analyst for the FP&A Strategic Partnerships team in Manchester. The role provides financial support to stakeholders, drives decision making, and evolves with the business. You will bridge data storytelling with strategic insight.

The ideal candidate blends strong Excel/SQL/VBA skills with business acumen and a collaborative, proactive mindset to influence senior partners across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar FP&A/financial analyst role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to connect data sources.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
• Self-driven and proactive in solving problems with analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; SQL, data mining and VBA experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze trading performance across the department; develop insights.
• Deliver financial results to the FP&A team.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis and reporting for SP/BPD.
• Contribute to robust reporting of key metrics.
• Support business cases and deal evaluation with financial insight.
• Assist cross-functional stakeholders on profitability projects.
• Own cross-brand reporting for Booking Holdings group.
