Job summary

Booking.com is looking for a Finance internship in FP&A based at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll assist with business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to enable data-driven decisions.

You’ll develop dashboards and reports, partner with cross-functional teams, and explore tools like Anaplan, SQL, and Python. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting or a related field, with strong Excel and presentation skills, and a curiosity for technology

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong data-driven decision-making mindset and analytical skills.
• Affinity with technology and AI tooling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support scalable reporting and dashboards on key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during month-end close to report results with variance commentary.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and benchmarking for projects.
