Job summary
Arvato offers a Customer Support internship in Venlo where you will be immersed in daily logistics operations, handling inquiries about SLAs, transport and customs. You’ll be a full team member from day one, contributing to operational activities and gaining hands-on experience in a global logistics setting.

Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, returns).
- Assist transport planning and carrier communications.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (delivery performance, lead times, costs).
- Participate in improvement projects within Customer Service & Logistics.
- Prepare and improve KPI reports (performance, lead times, transport costs).
- Identify bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives.
- Perform data analyses to identify trends and support proposals.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Planning teams.
- Learn to work with SAP, Jira and Excel.
