Your profile should include enrollment in a relevant MBO or bachelor's program in Logistics, with good English and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. We offer guidance from experienced colleagues and a structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO program to become Logistics Team Leader or Logistics Supervisor
• Bachelor's in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
• English language skills are beneficial in the team environment
• Proactive team player with prioritization and planning abilities
• Safety-conscious and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise logistics activities on the shop floor.
• Monitor work processes and safety on the floor.
• Manage materials, equipment and inventory.
• Support execution and improvement of logistics processes.
• Oversee the overall logistics process and transportation.
• Analyze and improve work processes.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan capacity and workforce allocation.
• Contribute to employee development, recruitment and selection.
