Arvato, part of Bertelsmann, is offering a Customer Support internship in Venlo. You will join the team from day one and actively contribute to daily logistics operations, customer inquiries, and KPI tracking in a dynamic, international setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in transport planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentoring from experienced colleagues and a focus on real improvements in service levels.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBO Bol Level 4 in Transport and Logistics or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Interest in logistics processes and data-driven improvement.
• Proficient with Excel and comfortable working with data.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, returns).
• Assist with transport planning and carrier communication.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as delivery performance and lead times.
• Participate in improvement projects within Customer Service & Logistics.
• Help prepare and improve KPI reports on performance and costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform data analyses to spot trends and support proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Planning.
• Learn to use SAP, Jira and Excel in daily tasks.
