Arvato is offering a Customer Support internship where you actively contribute to daily logistics operations, supporting inbound/outbound and returns while working with customers and internal teams.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in transport planning, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You’ll use SAP, Jira, and Excel, collaborating across Operations, Customer Service and Planning in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

Formación

• Pursuing MBO BOL Level 4 in Transport & Logistics or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily logistics operations (inbound, outbound, and returns).
• Assist with transport planning and communication with carriers.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (delivery performance, lead times, costs).
• Participate in improvement projects within Customer Service & Logistics.
• Prepare and improve KPI reports (performance, lead times, transport costs).
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analyses to identify trends and support proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Planning.
• Learn to work with SAP, Jira, and Excel.
