• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics quality management or process improvement, preferably with a large e-commerce or logistics company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational pain points and quality issues within logistics processes, and develop detailed improvement plans.
• Participate in the implementation of quality improvement projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data across all logistics functions, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to drive the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Establish and continuously optimize the logistics quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Conduct regular quality assessments to identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Train and coach team members on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.
