Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a quality improvement lead to drive efficiency across the JD Logistics network through data analysis and process optimization.

You will identify operational pain points, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with warehousing, transportation and last-mile teams to implement changes while establishing a robust quality management system aligned with internal standards and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics/industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics quality management or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, SQL, and data tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project management.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational pain points and quality issues within logistics processes, and develop detailed improvement plans.
• Participate in the implementation of quality improvement projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and monitor effectiveness.
• Establish and optimize the logistics quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Conduct regular quality assessments to identify potential risks and preventive measures.
• Train and coach team members on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.
