Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse operations, lead a motivated team, and drive safe, efficient processes. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with a hands-on approach and focus on coaching team members.

The role requires weekend availability and strong English communication. Join a fast-paced, tech-driven logistics provider and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level education in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader in a warehouse.
• Experience with WMS systems and MS Office.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Weekend availability with extra allowance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload.
• Provide on-the-job training and skill development.
• Monitor workflow and address bottlenecks.
• Escalate risks and communicate with upstream/downstream teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with goals.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, service quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per health and safety standards.
