Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse workflows across inbound, inventory, and outbound to improve layout, routing, and equipment use.
• Inventory management and cost control by monitoring turnover, accuracy, and stock mix; allocate space to reduce costs.
• Team management and standardization: set work standards, train staff, implement standardized processes and safety monitoring.
• Data-driven operations and cross-functional collaboration: analyze performance data and coordinate with logistics, sales and other departments.
• Industry-specific capability development and innovation: design specialized warehousing solutions and stay current with tech advances.
