JINGDONG Logistics in the Netherlands seeks a data-driven Quality Improvement lead to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will analyze data, forecast volumes, and drive process improvements across warehouses and transport teams.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Planning, and Transportation to translate strategic targets into actionable actions and cost-efficient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in logistics quality management or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of domestic logistics market and regulations.
• Ability to drive projects independently and under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Volume Forecasting & Capacity Planning: forecast daily and weekly orders and support resource planning.
• Productivity Management: set targets and monitor performance across functions.
• Operational Efficiency Improvement: work with teams to identify issues and improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• P&L and Cost Management: analyze revenue and key cost items, provide insights for decisions.
• Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: translate targets into department metrics and track results.
• Variance Analysis: analyze gaps between actual and budget performance and drive actions.
• Process & SOP Optimization: review processes and optimize SOPs to align activity with metrics.
