Job summary

Ace & Tate in Amsterdam HQ is seeking an Operations and Logistics Intern for a 6‑month program starting 1 August 2026. You’ll assist the daily operations, organise logistics data and shipment records, coordinate outbound deliveries and help with receiving and processing incoming shipments.

Qualifications

• A background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field is a plus
• A HBO-level education
• Availability for at least 38 hours per week (preferably start date 1st of August)
• An eye for detail and are organised
• The ability to work independently, but also thrive in teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assisting the internal Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Supporting the organisation of logistics data, invoices and shipment records
• Coordinating daily outbound shipments to external partners and clients
• Assisting with the receiving, processing and handling of shipments at HQ
• Performing shipment checks to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Preparing and printing shipping labels and related logistics documentation
• Providing general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes
