Job summary

Ace & Tate is seeking a motivated Retail Support & Operations Intern for our Amsterdam HQ. This full-time 6-month internship starts ASAP and offers a hybrid work setup with on-site engagement at the Amsterdam HQ.

You will handle retail support tickets, generate operational reports, coordinate Visual Merchandising requests, manage store supplies, and visit stores weekly to optimize back-of-house flows. Ideal candidates are hands-on, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle Retail Support tickets with timely and accurate resolution.
• Produce and maintain operational reports on ticket resolution efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising asset requests, distribution, and tracking.
• Manage store supplies and oversee the automation project to streamline replenishment.
• One on-site store visit per week to assess and improve operational flow.
