Job summary

The Launch is seeking an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our team in Amsterdam. You will support the Customer Service team, help keep our website current on both front-end and back-end, and assist during events, shoots and brand activations.

You’ll also help source models, locations and collaborations for campaigns, while keeping daily operations smooth. You’ll work across teams on a variety of projects, enjoying a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and good at planning.
• Hands-on and excited to work on different things every day.
• Proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Creative, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Based in or near Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Help our Customer Service team with client questions and issues.
• Keep our website up-to-date on both the front-end and back-end.
• Assist during events, shoots, and brand activations.
• Find models, locations, and collaborations for shoots and campaigns.
• Help keep daily operations organised and running smoothly.
• Assist different teams within The Launch wherever needed.
• Be involved in a variety of projects, making every day different.
