Job summary

time:matters is seeking motivated students to support the Logistics team in Amsterdam for a 6‑month period starting September 2026. You will provide day-to-day operational support to a global customer base and help develop transport solutions across air, rail, and road freight.

You will monitor shipments, collaborate with partners, and identify challenges to implement effective alternatives. The role includes exposure to large RFQs and strategic projects within an international logistics

Qualifications

• University of Applied Sciences degree.
• Familiar with the airfreight industry.
• Able to work under time pressure and stay composed.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch desired.

• Support large-scale international RFQs, strategic projects, and management initiatives

Requirements

What are the formal requirements?

• Educational background: degree from a University of Applied Sciences
• Familiar with the airfreight industry
• Stress-resistant and not afraid of hard work and time pressure
• Sovereign in talking to customers and extremely service orientated
• No compromises if it concerns solving transport problems
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and preferably also speak French or Dutch
• An up-to-date CV/resume in English is required
