Job summary

Ace & Tate HQ in Amsterdam is seeking a Retail Support & Operations Intern for a 6-month, full-time internship starting ASAP. This role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations.

You will handle Retail Support tickets, produce operational reports, coordinate Visual Merchandising asset requests, manage store supplies and oversee an automation project to streamline replenishment, plus weekly on-site store visits to optimize

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Retail Management or related fields.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Handle Retail Support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Produce and maintain operational reports focusing on ticket resolution efficiency.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising asset requests, distribution and tracking.
• Manage store supplies, including oversight of the automation project for replenishment.
• Optimize Back-of-House layouts with weekly on-site store visits to improve operations.
